Shipping policy

This policy explains shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates for Ellison Quinn orders.

Destinations and shipping costs

We ship to supported United States and international destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is $7.95 USD for orders below $89 USD and free for orders of $89 USD or more. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown before payment.

Processing and order cut-off

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our order cut-off is 2 p.m. Central Time. Orders received after the cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

For United States orders, standard transit is 5–7 business days after processing, for an estimated total of 6–10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. Delivery dates are estimates; carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs and address issues can affect arrival.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when tracking is available. If you need help, contact us with your order number.

Order or address changes

Request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment starts or an order ships. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your order, check with your household, neighbors, building staff and carrier. For a delayed, missing or returned-to-sender package, contact us so we can help investigate and explain the next steps.

International charges

Customs duties, taxes, brokerage or other import fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier unless they are shown as included at checkout.
